OCEANCALL est un centre de relation client français, expert en externalisation de la relation client depuis plus de 15 ans. Ils m'ont accordé leur confiance en me confiant la refonte totale de leur identité visuelle et la définition de l’ensemble de leur stratégie de communication. Du logo aux couleurs, de la typographie à une charte graphique complète, j’ai conçu un univers visuel cohérent permettant de décliner tous leurs supports (plaquettes de présentation, vidéos, magazine, etc.).
OCEANCALL is a French customer relations center specializing in customer service outsourcing for over 15 years. They entrusted me with the complete redesign of their visual identity and the development of their entire communication strategy. From the logo to the color palette, from typography to a full brand guidelines system, I created a coherent visual universe that can be applied across all their materials, including presentation brochures, videos, and magazines.
